The photos on my website are available for purchase for various uses including display art prints, advertising, web usage and editorial. Prices vary based upon the type of usage, the image, where it will be published, press run, size and other criteria.

All images on this website are for viewing only, and may not be reproduced, copied, dragged or used in any manner without the express written permission on the invoice of Beth Schneider Photography stating the agreed-upon usage fee, the rights granted, and the terms thereof, and the receipt of payment in full for said Invoice. In the event a copyright infringement is discovered, you will be notified and invoiced the industry standard triple fee for unauthorized usage. If you do not pay this Invoice upon receipt, you will be prosecuted for copyright infringement governed by the laws of the United States, where you will be subject to a fine, per infringement, according to the laws as well as the incurred court costs and the incurred legal fees for this copyright infringement.
